White balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy, aged in oak barrels.  Ripe peaches are crushed and left to ferment naturally, then added for a sweet and fruity vinegar.  Try it on red meat and poultry, green and fruit salads, fish, ice cream, and fresh soft mild cheeses. Gluten Free.
