Not a particularly strong oil with relatively little bitterness and robust pungency. Mild blend of Pendolino, Leccino, Frontoio, Maurino and trace amount of a few other varietals. It has strong notes of artichoke and subtle tomato flavors. Pairs well with any balsamic vinegar. Made from COOC-certified EVOO grown and milled in California.
