Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup popcorn, popped
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons truffle olive oil
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Coarse salt
- 2 tablespoons finely minced flat-leaf parsley (optional)
Instructions:
1. Place popcorn in large bowl
2. Add butter and truffle oil and toss to coat.
3. Add the Parmesan cheese, salt, and parsley (if desired). Mix well and enjoy.
