Truffle Popcorn

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup popcorn, popped
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons truffle olive oil
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Coarse salt
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced flat-leaf parsley (optional)

Instructions:

1. Place popcorn in large bowl

2. Add butter and truffle oil and toss to coat.

3. Add the Parmesan cheese, salt, and parsley (if desired). Mix well and enjoy.
