Spaghetti a Limone


  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil or lemon infused olive oil
  • 1-2 large garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped thyme or basil
  • Salt and coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 pound pasta
  • Fresh grated Parmesan cheese


1. Combine lemon zest with the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, olives, thyme/basil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

2. Mix the hot cooked past with the lemon sauce.

3. Top with fresh grated Parmesan cheese to serve as a great side dish for 4-6 people.
