Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 minced onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Marinade fresh-cut vegetables for a few hours and then grill, or you can just brush the marinade on the vegetables as you grill.
