Ingredients:
- Seeds from one or more pumpkins
- Extra virgin olive oil or flavored olive oil (like garlic) to coat
- Sea salt or kosher salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat over to 300 degrees F.
2. Carefully, rinse pumpkin seeds in a colander to remove all of the pulp and pumpkin bits.
3. Dry with cloth towel (paper towels may stick to pumpkin seeds).
4. Put seeds in large mixing bowl and toss with olive oil of your choice.
5. Season with sea salt or kosher salt.
6. Spread the pumpkin seeds on a baking sheet in a single layer.
7. Roast in 300 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes or until seeds turn golden brown, tossing them periodically. Roasting time could vary depending on size of the seeds.
