Pizza Crust

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 packet yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients together and knead well.

2. Let it rise for 1/2 to 1 hour, and then roll out.

3. Place on toppings and cook for 20 minutes in a 415 degree oven.
