Parmesan and Herb Dipping Oil


  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • French or Italian bread


1. Mix olive oil with all the other ingredients in a bowl or jar with a lid. Shake well.

2. Pour and serve in a saucer or a small bowl. Sprinkle grated Parmesan before serving. Great dip for bread.
